Hmltša was created when the 4 tribes have united, making a country. The country has had a lot of wars in the past but now the modern defenses keep any potential aggressor away. The weather is quite sad, but people here are always full of energy. A lot of theatres, museums and libraries make Hmltša one of the most cultural and most educationed country. People here are quite tolerant and opened to new things from the science side, however, they don't really like immigrants from other countries because they want to protect the traditions and well saved folklore from renaissance from being touched by any other culture.

Meaning of the Flag: The three stripes on the flag symbolize the way Hmltša looks. The blue stripe symbolizes clouds above the country. The grey stripe symbolizes fogs which are really common and dense, and the beige stripe symbolizes the cold sands of Hmltša.

The diamonds symbolize 4 tribes which united over 1000 years ago, this event is considered as the beggining of Hmltsan country.
